this started out as just some experimenting with styles and it got WAY out of hand and i love itlets call it a happy accident
also i havent drawn my bab artsy in a while so here she is looking all purty uwu

This is gorgeous, and it makes me want to draw the small horses again. Because, in the simplest terms, this is art goals. The shading is perfect, the eyes, the hair, the coat- hmmm. Magic, although simplistic, is elegant and very well drawn.
The color combinations you used are very complimentary to each-other and look all around stunning.
I kinda think that the ears in this new style you're trying, need to be fleshed out a bit more. Meaning that the inner parts (so not the shape itself) could be adjusted to go a bit further down to tie everything up nicely. But other than that, it's perfection. I hope to see more of this style from you in the future. <33

Ok to start off I just want to say that I really REALLY love this drawing!
I love the new style you did for this one, it works really nicely with the anatomy! The shading is absolutely fantastic, if I could I'd give you 100 stars on that. The glow behind Artsy from the magic is really interesting and draws your attention in, as well as the dark blue background you used ;o;. It adds a very nice contrast that brings the focus to Artsy. I love the shading you did in the mane and tail, your art always blows me away! I hope you continue to use this style, and if not, experiment with it a LOT. It's gorgeous, keep up the amazing work <3

This looks truely beautiful! I am a sucker for atmosphere, shading and lighting and anatomy and you've done a great job on all three of them. The only thing I would say is that you could have used some more lighting on the body where the blue magic (?) is near to accent it's glow more (if that makes sense- like you did on the face)
