Mew for ~Derranged ! She won Best Art Style in my Dress Up Your Pokemon Contest and asked for something 'Mewy' so here is something straight out of the first Pokemon movie! Hope you like; it was a lot of fun to draw.People who visited the stream where I colored this will know I had some ambitious ideas for the bubbles, but I was unable to make 'em work. BUBBLES SUCK Y'ALL. At least they're still all pretty and shiny here!

Bummer the bubble plan didn't work out, but they still look very nice. I really like the colors.
It looks so cuddly and knowing at the same time. Love the little bit with the bubbles around the hands too. I could just stare at those eyes forever.
