This is a alternate form of a mythical pokemon known as LUXILVERIOS. The base form of this pokemon can be found in "D'Aurora Island".
Unlike Luilverios, this one unique in the world.
This fakemon and its plot are mainly based in the Chernobyl history, where guided by an ABSOL, one LUXILVERIOS came in hurry to prevent a great disaster to occur, since this species of pokemon have the habit of intervene in conflicts that there is no one around to help.
Since then. the island get covered by a dark mist for along period. After this, the behavior of the pokemon in this island starts to change at the point that you can find a Cubone, being successfuly attacked by a Jolteon and so on.
After 4 Years of research, this Luxilverios (that were until now known as myth) were found resting inside a Steely Tree in the center of the island.
By absorbing the cores power, Luxilverios also took all the radioactive power more than he could naturally afford to, unleashing a new form by accident, a new power. However, it turned Luxilverios nocive to other pokemon.
When this Luxilverios is sleeping, some pokemon aproaches and tries to help the cleaning of his negative energy. This pokemon took a great sacrifice to save the whole island and to prevent a great disaster, however, bearing such power has a consequence to preventing this pokemon from coming back to the skies, it cannot fly anymore making Luxilverios stuck on earth, sometimes you can hear a painful cry.
People a trying to find out how to help this pokemon, while certain teams is researching a way to exploit this gigantic new discouvered power.
You might find it meditating somewhere far away from other pokemon.

The concept of this Fakemon - in a competition - is targeted a Steel/Fairy pokemon, since it's signature move & main ability allows to ignore immunities granted by type element, witch is a overpowered method indeed.
it is slower but stronger compared to its original forme.

Q: Why the Fairy/Poison dual type?
A: Concept of nuclear radiation. Plus, Luxilverios main type is fairy not electric.
Q: Any extra notes over the signature ability?
A: It's signature ability allows it to break any immunity granted by type, which is not limited to damaging moves, such as hit a ghost-type with a normal-type attack, but also inflict poison at steel types or burn fire types. So the way it can be used shall vary by your creativity.
- On a first thoguht, it was planned to have the same effect, however it would be executed like Neutralizing Gas ability instead being a singular trait.
- That alone could make a really chaotic cenario, not only the pokemon would end up erasing its own immunities, but the explooit potential of such abilities could really make things not that fun and rather a question of appeal, imagine disabling all type immunities in a double match.
- It also makes reference to a fun fact of the electricity, the "rupture of dielectric stiffness." Since LUXILVERIOS is a pokemon that lives absorbing and releasing energy, so this one in particular end up charging a lot, so much energy, enough to break some basic rules of the nature like the immunity of a type.
Q: What about this big floating hair of his, is it unlimited?
A: No it's not unlimited, what you're looking at is just the glow of it's aura (emanation of power). Only 1/3 of what is seen is fluff, the other 2/3 are light emation, result of its effort to clean its energy.
Q: Why a regional form instead of a single original pokemon?
A: Luxilverios is a pokemon that changes his form based on the energy it gathers.
Q: Why does its signature have the same effect as its signature ability?
A: C-Luxilverios exist to supress steel immunity, and this power goes beyond its ability. with or without its ability, C-Luxilverios will have a poison move to hit steel type.
