Wooo,I finished it!
this is the second one in a small series I'm currently working on,Primal legendaries!!
Rayray was ALOT harder for me to design,concidering I haven't drawn him on over 2 years....
Even if you aren't a pokemon fan,please tell me what ya like or don't like about him!

when temportal tower was begining to fall,Rayquaza had already gone into his primal state and was trying to speed up the process by creating red and black clouds above the crippled building.
As the thunderous clouds assulted the tower,Primal Rayquaza flew off to find its family pokemon,Groudon and Kyoger with dark Intentions.....
