Oh wow...I am SO happy with this mask. I came up with the design while on a train trip, and it sort of shows. ^_^He's sort of a blend of traditional Egyptian motifs with industrial design elements, so I'm calling this guy "Industrial Anubis".
It is made from one piece of 8oz leather, hand carved & shaped without molds or forms, then dyed & painted with colorfast acrylics in bright gold and black. Then I augmented and decorated it with real brass clock parts.
