Cool she's glowing. And spreading some sort of dust in her other hand. I like her face, and the little scribbly thing on it. Nice use of colors, and placement, shading, and position. Cool outfit, nice job overall.

This is very nice, even though there are only two or so colors and their shades, it looks so bright and cheerful. But her expression isn't cheerful at all! ^_^;; Any idea why?
