I really love this image. Even if it is mostly cold and monochromatic, it is at same time vibrant and lively.Expression, hand movements, position of body they all give character and energy to this piece.
Anatomy is very good, as are shading and lines. Background is simple and perfect, as are snowflakes around him and blue light(?) on his hands. Is that star on his palm?
I love colors. Black-grey-blue clothes are dark and fit perfectly (also black and dark blue are associated with water and yin in Wu Xing so I don't know if it was intentional to use them instead of cyan and white). Pale white-pink skin gives him creepy and yet soft appearance, reminding me of somebody who spent too long in cold and is now frozen. White, elegant hair gives him ethereal appearance, and red eyes stand out but don't feel out of place.
I also love how his face looks, as well as how lean yet strong his fingers are (like pianist's). Way poncho fades in background may be my favorite. Whole image makes him look eerie, beautiful and slightly less than human, like somebody who froze yet lived.
Given that in canon Hao has mastered all elements, I can see something like this happening (maybe AU where Spirit of Rain goes with Hao so he focuses on element of water? He would use ice though I can also see him using fast and high pressure bolts of water).

This is really good.
Considering that Hao has mastered all elements, it is even rather likely for him to be able to use ice. I really like the idea behind this. It obviously hints at a certain movie, while still reserving the unique style of Shaman King. The colors look nice here. Hao looks somehow like a God, which is due to his white hair. The strong contrasts between black, white and the greyish colors work well with the motive. And I simply love how his eyes are red and seem to shine.
