Ice to see you, etc etcIt's Mr. Freeze, Batman's most sympathetic villain.
This design is my own, possibly very similar, possibly identical to the classic Animated Series design.
The Nora Fries (?) statue was fun to do, to get a better look at poor Freeze's wife, either full view, or look here [link]

I think the Hatter is really under used and under rated. He's as creepy as hell and second only to Mista J in my book.

I keep meaning to draw him, but since he is basically Lewis Carroll's Hatter I need to find a way to make him distinct from that version. He's one of the few main villains I've yet to do, so maybe I will!

Thank you, I just drew him as I imagined him and was concerned I was copying the design from memory, but I've since looked for TAS Freeze and they're fairly different. And now you see the tininess of the Mrs Freeze statue
