When activating a quirk, Sawako's hair increases in volume and becomes sticky. Depending on how much sugar she ate, the hair texture can have 2 states: “cotton candy” (when the hair is very airy, but less sticky) and “chewing gum” (hair turns into one very sticky mass). Sawako uses the second option rarely, as it is much harder to maintain stickiness. When someone gets into Sawako's hair, it becomes almost impossible to get out because of the stickiness of the hair and it's property to absorb everything.

Hair can grow almost unlimited, provided the constant use of sugar.

Also, hair easily come off. Torn off hair starts to melt in 40 minutes.

Sawako is a very sociable girl. She makes has a lot of acquaintances. Sawako sincere and open, always ready to help his friends. She is impulsive, makes decisions quickly.
