Description This was my first attempt in painting with watercolours. No lines, no ink...
I am not very skilled in painting, so the trees don't look very well, but I like the girl.

She's cold as ice and when you see her dancing, you can be sure, there are some graves nearby.
She is tall and wherever her feet touch the ground, grass grows greener and flowers bloom even fairer than before.
She is that wonderful Slavonic type of a fairy...

I agree. She looks like Luthien.

And that's a compliment! This is very lovely. Her hands and arms are so delicate.

Reminds me of Luthien Tinuviel, dancing in the woods of Doriath

the picture definitately has a moody feeling. She looks delicate like she could float right off the ground...

Very beautiful - made me think of LΓΊthien, of course, at first sight and then again while reading about the grass and flowers. Well, as cold as ice, now...
Awesome.

That's very beautiful; the trees and dress could perhaps be better, but the overall mood is fantastic, mystifying. I love the girl's face and hands; so delicate...

oh wow...this takes my breath away....oh wow...I have once no words for a comment which is absurd because most my comments are long and intricate but one look at this and ....it takes my breathe away. I wonder why this picture isnt a daily deviation or a top...something because it absolutely takes my breath away.... I am a huge fan of watercolour so I must adore this. The way the woman and the trees all blend in to create a frescoe of wonderment...and yet that content of morbid destiny...the grave on the right.
The flow of the dress next to the woodlings...wow...and the Facial expression so tranquil so calm what can I say but..... PLUS FAVS. :favlov:

ah I forgot to mentioon her graceful hands!!!! *dies*

Very good, the first time I tried the the results were quite different. It reminds me a lot of a book on folk tales from another country a once read... very intriguing.

The watercolor is extremely gorgeous! It's so flowy and liquidy and I love the look of the trees so fluid and wispy. I really think you did well with this! and I LOVE her thin arms and hands.. so soooo pretty!
