The filter you've used fits perfectly with the image. The pose (look, hair, gesture), the message... even your comment enhances more the picture's quid...
I think the hole concept is terrific as well as subtly obscure...
But, in my opinion, the shutters shouldn't appear... It just takes much of the photography's extension, and the main focus (that it must be you, I'm pretty sure) fades a bit.
Besides that I sincerely think you have been showing some good emotive portraits these last few days. Maintain that effort.
