My entry for this week's Weekly Fanart Challenge . This week it was Phantom of the Opera.Since the range of who or what to draw was so narrow in this prompt, I opted to make it an open prompt. I usually wouldn't allow original characters in the challenge, but I allowed the rule to be bent this week.
Thus, we have my characters Yugana and Torture as Christine and The Phantom.
I worked pretty hard on this, but I'm really still not sure how I feel about the finished product. Hm. Maybe I've just been looking at it for too long. Hm.

The little pointy/quirky part of Yugana's upper lip makes her expression look a little like she smelled something funny. XD;;;;;;

Crazy drawing! I just love the way you did the Phantom of the Opera. He's one of my favourite villains of all time, probably because he's not entirely a bad guy, but he's not a good guy either... Awesome work, and by the way, Christine looks really nice too. Keep it up!

Though I never saw Christina as a positive character. After all, she did in a way feel repulsed by Phantom only because of his looks. I don't know, I was never a fan of that girl.

I always thought she didn't like the Phantom because of the whole... like killing people thing. But I'm sure having half his face burned off didn't help.

Well, you know, she kinda seemed not all that willing to leave until she took his mask off and saw his face... Then she was all suddenly "Let me outta here!"
That kinda made me like her a whole lot less.

Oh so pretty I really like the soft golwy effect it really matches the movies darker theme but then the way Christine always had a light about her.
