Normally I don't comment on this sort of thing, but the sheer scope of this illustration has given me pause. It's absolutely gorgeous, managing to fit so many features into a single image that doesn't feel like a collage, more like everything is exactly where it is. Perfect composition, beautiful colours...I salute you!

A workstation could not feel more out of place, yet the contrast between it and the surrounding skyscape is enthralling. Various geometrical shapes (or rather, their outlines) complement the surreal impression even further. In addition to the aforementioned aspects, the warm hues of the work truly draw me in.
I find the manner in which the glitch emerges fairly intriguing as well. Drastically different worlds do not mingle that well, apparently.
