This is Hasimaru's Sighnature move!THE BURNING RASENGAN!
After he creates the Rasengan, he compresses Flames into the Rasengan, turning it into Red Color, he then SLAMS it into his Opponent making the Sphere in the Picture
(BTW pretend Naruto is Hasimaru)
