Hi everyone, I'm back!I just wanna to post one of my fan art, my favorite 80's cartoon character- Lady Lovely Locks. The beautiful ruler of the Kingdom of Lovely Locks. Lady Lovely Locks is still my favorite fantasy gal since I was an little elementary school girl. Hope all of you Deviant Art fans will love her too.
