Why Is it That I must scratch whenever there's an itch?
I'm a fool at falling into temptation, well isn't that a.....!

Complain when I'm the one who reaches for It?

Your definitely not over reading this character. When I was designing it, I wanted a feeling of craving, desire and lust. Through symbolism (The extra arms, the teeth, the thread that is wrapping around his extra arms and neck, which will eventually choke him), I wanted to show how these emotions, If not tamed or controlled, could make one a monster of some kind. The song written by my brother was a big inspiration for this piece(" I always seem to gravitate to the fruit on the forbidden tree). I'm so glad that you've taken to this piece
I won't stop working dude...I have too many things to say and pictures in my head that have to get on paper=0). Thank you for your interest in my art and the kind words... It really drives me to keep making art with meaning

i really like the fluidity in this new piece. i love the marbled colors and the twisted branches and flower.
am i over-reading this, or is the figure like a charactiture of desire? with the multiple arms, large fangs, and breasts, and the song?
it's so sharp, so crisp, it makes me feel pain all over. dam you and your undeniable talent!

I would love to post more often, But I'm trying really hard to build a gallery I'm really proud of. So for the sake of all those who watch my work, and just for my artistic sanity, I'm trying to take my time with each piece...and make sure there's more than just character design, but a message.
I'm also trying to balance the violin and my art...and once I start a new drawing/piece, thats really all I wanna focus on and complete.... So That might be the reason for the large amount of time in between my posts=o) Can't wait to see more work from you. I really love your style as well..it's really original dude!

Yeah I hear what your saying man. It was my thoughts one time to wipe out a good deal of my deviantart gallery and put more completed work instead of sketches. But after thinking it through I figured that if I did, my gallery would lay empty for a while since I don't update as often as I would like to.
Yeah, I like how your work delivers a message, me...I'm more of a designer. For now that is, I hope maybe to start fleshing my stories out more.
