How about that big game spot, huh. Loving Pete Davidson as Mirage, he's great. The design's warmed on me too. Would like a few more car parts on there, but he's looking cool. Nice to see the process of the VFX improving too, notably on Prime's face. Anyways;

"Mirage isn't exactly the type of 'bot you'd have expected to join the war effort. Look, back on Cybertron, he was... I mean he was sort of a gearstick. I'm not using the human euphemism. He was some upper-class snob who got by off... slag I don't know. Real estate? Energon stocks? Whatever, point is, I had to deliver to him a few times. Sure, he was a gracious tipper, but man, there was always this energy when he picked his stuff up. 'Thank you delivery jockey, off to your hovel now.' type of deal. Anyways, he was living high and mighty 'til the Functionists decided, no, actually, his bodytype was meant to race for their entertainment. He didn't like that one bit. Well, the racing he did, the being forced to do it for others' gratification, not so much. He got in a fair few accidents they never recompensed or helped for, so soon enough he found himself in the Autobot Mutual Aid Centre. Turns out all those crashes had made something in him click. Activated some kind of power. He could suddenly pop holo-replicas of himself out everywhere. The novelty of that wore off pretty quick, and he decided, well, if he was gonna be forgotten about by the Council and made 'invisible', he may as well be that. Got trained up into one of our finest infiltration specialists. Though, course, being all sneaky and duplicitous leads to a few uh... friendly fire reports. Not actual fire, just suspicion. No less than 284 reports of potential double-agency. 104 of them from Cliffy, heh. Course, Mirage never did any of that. He loves organics, thinks they're easily impressed by his little light shows. Probably why he spends all his time on Earth. Still, doesn't stop him from taking a trip to the Velocitron centre on New Iacon to go brag about his race records.
