I started this yesterday in the Patio on Oekaki Central, sent unfinished, and finished today. Now I can safely let that Halloween picture I drew two weeks ago rot because this'n fulfills the self-imposed requirement of a Halloween picture. I like the glowy candy. Happy Halloween, all.
