Someone told me they got hit by an animatronic T. rex tail and were smacked 20 feet across the room. And that was just a gentle swing. I imagine a full out smack from B. Excelsus would prolly shatter every bone in a humans body on impact. Or something else equally devastating.

Oh, if it was its head, then you'd find yourself as a dead pile of guts sitting in Kansas.
If it was its tail, you'd be sliced in half.

BOOM B#TCH . GET OUT THE WAY.
This just looks amazing, however, the Apatosaurus's head looks quite...grotesque.

Yeah, the red orbital ring makes it look rather evil in a way. I imagine that would be good for going up against carnivores though. XD

Yeah i do have the mouth too open, that got pointed out to me after I finished it sadly. I may do another similar piece later on down the road. With less wonkyness.

Yeah, sometimes it is refreshing to draw an herbivore winning for once. Most people do not give quite enough credit to just how strong they really were.

It's fine, and yeah, people tend to forget just how dangerous herbivores actually are.

I have a feeling the one on the neck would bite the throat in an instant-if only the hit was vertical....

Considering that allo's had the wind knocked out of him and probably has many broken ribs from the impact, I don't think he's going to be dong much biting. Even if he managed to get underneath to bite, it'd still be suicide. Sauropod necks were extremely muscular and probably had quite thick hide, if they were using the jaw hatchet method it'd still probably take a couple swings to do any decent damage. Plus sauropod skin was quite rough; trying to bite into it might have actually hurt.

Actually, being above would be a far better position. It seems you from being slammed into the ground by the neck.
They don't have to pull out after they land a hit with the jaw hatchet method. Once they sink their teeth in they can use further vertical movements of the neck to saw back and forth into the neck.
