Nice capture.
If you would like some criticism, as I know I love criticism of my own work, I would have done a little more to isolate those drops and pull them to the surface. They are the center of attention on this beautiful flower. Possibly darken the foreground and background and sharpen the drops a little to pull them out.
That 1 leaf in the background is a little distracting I think because it doesn't looked blurred and beyond the dof, it just looks out of focus. If you darkened it a little, I don't think it would try to pull attention away from the sharp area's as much.

Photoshop is interesting in that you can use it every day for years and never know every aspect. I believe I used Apply Image.
In CS4, Image>Apply Image
And then under blending mode, Multiply but you can scroll through all the options there as well and turn it up and down through the opacity.
