Mioka Ahri is a Kitsune from Earth, born and raised in a hidden village known as Amasukie Village by her mother Amako. As custom to her clan, Ahri was taught to be a sand assassin and protect her village from outsiders or bandits.

Ahri soon discovered two boys walking towards her village and proceeds to attack them. The boys were encountered by a her sand-like powers, suddenly appearing in front of them as a mysterious assassin causing the two boys to try and fight her off, but she soon vanished. While Zaru thought she was fun, Bozong on the other hand chastised him for thinking that because she was trying to kill them. Ahri believed these boys to be very special and decided to fight them one more time. She reappeared and began her attack on Zaru and Bozong, ending the fight in a draw when Zaru decided to spare her. Grateful, the young assassin revealed her identity as a fox girl and introduces herself as Mioka Ahri. Zaru began touching her body to confirm that she is female, causing Ahri to slap him out of embarrassment and anger. Bozong demanded to know why she was trying to kill them, only for Ahri to state that she was trying to protect her village from bandits and assumed that they were and wanted to see how special the two boys were. Zaru forgives her, but Bozong continues to distrust her which causes Zaru to invite her to join them on their journey, much to Ahri's delight and Bozong's absolute shock.

The trio traveled together where Zaru reunites with his brother Goku and introduces him to his new friends. The four travel to West City in order to train under Master Roshi, after which they met another youngster wanting to train under the master, a monk from the Orin Temple named Krillin. The five youngsters officially became Master Roshi's students after bringing the bipolar young lady named Launch to his little island. After months of training, Goku, Zaru, Bozong, Ahri and Krillin became some of the most powerful fighters in the world and they all decided to enter the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament to test the results of their training. They performed well, but they all lost against the former champion Jackie Chun(a disguised Master Roshi).

After the tournament, the Z Fighters, excluding Krillin, travel around the world to fight stronger opponents, search for the Dragon Balls and defeat other evil villains. The young fighters encountered the notorious Red Ribbon Army whose commander was after the Dragon Balls for his own greed. Each of the members try to fight the powerful youngsters, but each were ultimately defeated.

Later, the four youngsters, now 16-17 years old, enter the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament where they meet their new rivals Tien Shinhan and Chiaotzu, who heard of their reputations as martial artists trained under Master Roshi. After a number of rounds, Tien fights Goku and wins out of sheer luck, but was defeated by Zaru in the Championship Round. Zaru became the new world martial arts champion. After the tournament, Goku, Zaru and the others discovered that their friend Krillin was killed by King Piccolo's mutated son Tambourine. Furious, the young fighters fly after him, only for the Flying Nimbus to be destroyed. They soon meet a young samurai named Yajirobe who possesses a Dragon Ball, but were defeated by King Piccolo. Yajirobe takes them to Korin's Tower to recover, there the four drank the Ultra Divine Water to become stronger. Later, they track down King Piccolo and finally defeat him. While Bozong and Ahri weaken him, Goku and Zaru killed the demon king by penetrating his chest with one final simultaneous punch. Little did they know, King Piccolo, with the last of his strength, managed to spit out an egg to a far off land which contained his last son and reincarnation, Piccolo Jr.

After Korin tells the team about Kami, the creator of the Dragon Balls, who can revive the Dragon Shenron. Once they reach Kami's Lookout, they passed Mr. Popo's test of speed and Kami recreates Shenron and has the dragon revive Krillin, Chiaotzu and Master Roshi, earning the four young martial artists to train under Kami in preparations for the 23rd World Martial Arts Tournaments to fight Piccolo Jr. who expects to get revenge. While Zaru fought a good fight against Piccolo, Goku was able defeat him and win the 23rd tournament. After the tournament, Zaru, Bozong and Ahri attend Goku and Chi-Chi's wedding, leading to a new life of peace.

Years later, Goku and Zaru decide to visit their old friends and introduce them to Goku's son, Son Gohan. While Goku brings Gohan to meet Krillin, Bulma, Master Roshi, Zaru goes to reunite with Bozong and Ahri, who are recently married to each other much to Zaru's surprise. Their reunion was short lived when an Ape man appeared introducing himself as a Saiyan Monkey named Pota, Zaru/Ternos' older brother, leaving the trio in shock. After explaining what they are, Pota proceeds and kicks Zaru's face, temporarily incapacitating him while informing him that his battle partner Raditz has kidnapped Goku/Kakarot's son and they plan to conquer the Earth if they do not join them. In order to save Gohan and the Earth, the planet's greatest fighters Goku, Zaru, Bozong, Ahri and Piccolo team up to fight the evil Saiyans, Raditz and Pota. Zaru struggled to combat his brother, even with assistance from Bozong and Ahri. As Pota begins torturing Zaru, he was halted when witnessing Raditz being struck by Gohan, leading Ahri to strike a distracted Pota. With Pota somewhat grazed by the attack, Zaru quickly grapples him in restraint and demands Bozong to kill them both with his technique as he plans to sacrifice himself to save the Earth. Reluctant, but willing to honor his friend's request, Bozong unleashes his specialty, "Zhubaqi," blasting and killing both of the Saiyan Monkeys. Before he passed, Pota states that four even more powerful Saiyans will arrive on Earth in one year. This caused Bozong to state that they must train hard if they are going to protect Earth while Piccolo takes Gohan away to train him. Bozong was skeptical about this notion and decided that he and Ahri will train with them as well, assuming that Piccolo might try and turn Gohan into a demon. Mourning over Goku and Zaru's deaths, their bodies were taken to Other World and Bozong stated that they will defeat the approaching Saiyans. Bozong and Ahri followed Piccolo and Gohan to a secluded location where they began their training. While Piccolo acts more strict, Bozong and Ahri act as surrogate parents toward young Gohan. Gohan began to see that Piccolo is no longer evil, but more of a grump, growing rather close to the Namekian. As the Saiyans finally arrived on Earth and began their attack, the Z Fighters arrive to stop them. One by one, the Z Fighters fall against Nappa and Zubach, only for Piccolo, Ahri, Bozong, Krillin and Gohan to be left. Bozong and Ahri try to defeat Zubach, but were not strong enough as the Saiyan Gorilla was able to defeat them. As he tried to destroy Bozong with an erupting attack, Ahri sacrificed herself by pushing him away and taking the blow. As Bozong mourned for his wife's death, he began attacking Zubach in complete fury, but to little avail and the Siayan Gorilla proceeded and killed Bozong. Zaru and Goku arrived in time to avenge their fallen friends and defeated Zubach and Nappa with their Kaio-Ken and eventually defeated the two Saiyan Princes after a long parring battle.

After their deaths, Ahri and the other fallen Z Fighters were taken to Other World, where they travel to King Kai's planet in order to receive training while Krillin, Gohan and Bulma travel to Namek to find the Namekian Dragon Balls in order to wish them back to life. While Bozong continued his training with King Kai, Ahri spoke with Piccolo and telling him that he is a good person, thanking Piccolo for helping them as well as saving Gohan. She, along with the others, listened to King Kai as he broadcasts the events taking place on Planet Namek, worrying for their friends' safety and hoping for their victory over Frieza. Soon, Goku and Zaru defeated Frieza, but were assumed to have died in the explosion of Namek, adding to the Z Fighters' worries if they had survived. The deceased Z Fighters were soon revived thanks to the Namekian Dragon Porunga.

One year later, the Z Fighters gather the Earth Dragon Balls to bring Goku and Zaru to life, only to discover that their two friends are still alive and that they will arrive on Earth soon. As the team prepare to meet their friends, they discover that Frieza and his father King Cold had arrived on Earth to find and eliminate the Saiyans. Before they could do anything, two mysterious youths appear and quickly take out Frieza's small army, soon revealing to be Super Saiyans. As the Z Fighters sensed these powerful Saiyan energies, they decided to check for themselves who these Saiyans were. The two Super Saiyans effortlessly defeated and destroyed Frieza and King Cold as well as their ship, shocking the Z Fighters. The two Saiyans invite the spectators to accompany them to the spot Goku and Zaru will land, confused, yet willing to trust the two young men after witnessing their victory over their enemy Frieza. Bozong began asking questions about these two Saiyans, but they couldn't completely answer all of his questions. A few hours later, Zaru and Goku return to Earth where everyone was waiting for them. Wondering how they knew where he would be, they state that two mysterious Saiyans, names Trunks and Bruse, knew who they were and how they single-handedly defeated Frieza, King Cold and their little army. Trunks and Bruse began testing Goku and Zaru's strengths as Super Saiyans and privately told the two of who they really are as they hail from a ruined future. Trunks, future son Vegeta and Bulma, and Bruse, future son of Cuco and Kolofie, tell them of their fate where they will die from a heart virus and about the androids, created by Dr. Gero, killing many people including the Z Fighters as well as destroying cities. They proceed and hand them each the antidote for their future illness, imploring Zaru and Goku to be prepared to fight the androids in one year. Heeding the two youths' prediction, the Z Fighters make their way to the city where the androids make their appearance. They encountered Androids 19 and 20, surprised to discover that Dr. Gero himself is an android. Zaru and Goku decided to take the fight away from the city. As they turn into Super Saiyans, they began their fight against Android 19 and Dr. Gero, fighting a good fight until their heart viruses began to take over, giving the Androids the chance to drain the Saiyans' energies. Suddenly, Vegeta and Cuco strike the Androids, and reveal that they too had become Super Saiyans and proceeded in finishing off Android 19 by blasting him to bits. Before Dr. Gero could retreat, Trunks and Bruse arrived in time, but were shocked to see that the androids they have been fighting are not the same ones they warned about. Dr. Gero managed to reach his secret laboratory and awakened Android 17/Lapis and Android 18/Lazuli, only for them to turn on their creator.

After learning of the Androids' strengths, the Z Fighters decided to find ways to increase their own strength. Ahri traveled back to her home Amasukie Village. She insisted that her clan pass on the secret powers of KyuOkami to her for she will use it to fight Androids and protect the Earth. Reluctant, yet understanding the situation, the elders grant Ahri the power of KyuOkami, helping her transform into a "Super Kitsune". Before she was to fight the Androids, Ahri traveled to West City to find leads of Androids 17 and 18, discovering that they were originally Human beings living independent lives in the city. She learned of their real/Human names; Lapis and Lazuli and of how Dr. Gero kidnapped them, turning the twins into androids. She quickly found Bozong, who also gained a new power, and informed him of what she learned while he tells her of the bio-android Cell who is after the Androids. Bozong raced towards the location of Piccolo's fight with Android 17 in order to assist in the fight against Cell, easily overwhelming the bio-android while Ahri rushed to save Piccolo from death and inform Android 18 of what she learned, such as her and her brother's pasts from when they were Humans. Ahri tried to warn Android 18 of Cell as well as informing her that she no longer considered them as enemies for they now have one true enemy. Cell blinded them with the Solar Flare technique, absorbing Android 17 and becoming Imperfect Cell. Before he could get to Android 18, Tien showed up and repeatedly used his powerful Tri Beam technique to halt Cell and giving Androids 18 and 16 the chance to escape. Tien used all of his energy and fainted, but Goku and Zaru arrived in time and transported Tien and Piccolo back to the Lookout to recover, leaving Bozong and Ahri to fight Cell with their new power. They continue to fend off the bio-android long enough for Vegeta, Cuco, Trunks and Bruse to arrive and fight him, easily dominating Cell. Cell took the opportunity and used Solar Flare to blind them long enough for him to absorb Android 18 and finally gain his Perfect form. Perfect Cell easily defeated the team of powerful fighters, but decided to let them live as he planned to hold a martial arts tournament to see who on Earth is strong enough to fight him.

The Z Fighters to prepare for the tournament where they will fight and defeat Perfect Cell. Zaru wanted to be the first to fight Cell, however Goku decided that he will be first. As Goku tests Cell's power, he forfeits the match and said Gohan will be the one to defeat Cell. After Gohan stated the fight to be pointless as well as the reason behind Goku's decision in believing Gohan will defeat Cell. This made the bio-android intrigued and decided to make angry by summoning a group of Cell Jrs. to attack the Z Fighters. After Cell crushed Android 16's head, Gohan's rage exploded and transforms into Super Saiyan 2, making quick work of the Cell Jrs. and destroyed them. He then goes after after Cell himself and completely overwhelms him, used one powerful kick to force the bio-android to spit out Android 18, reverting him back to his previous form. The thought of losing to a child causes Cell to use a last-ditch move by planning to blow himself and the Earth up. Goku decided to sacrifice himself by using his Instant Transmission to transport himself and Cell to far away location. While Zaru wanted to help Goku, he was told to stay and to keep a promise for him. Zaru, Gohan and the other Z Fighters mourn over Goku's sacrifice, until suddenly, Perfect Cell had return with Goku's Saiyan cells, being more than before. Gohan and Zaru decided to finish Cell together and with a little help from Goku in Otherworld, they launched simultaneous Kamehameha waves against Cell's. Nearly being overwhelmed by Cell's attack, Piccolo, joined by Bozong and Ahri and soon Krillin, Tien and Yamcha, began blasting Cell in order to support Zaru and Gohan. Vegeta and Cuco managed to launch a blast strong enough to falter Cell, giving Gohan the chance to obliterate the bio-android with a powerful Kamehameha wave, destroying all of the monster's cells preventing him from ever returning. The battle was over and peace was once again brought upon the Earth. After using the Earth Dragon Balls to revive all those who were killed by Cell and remove the bombs within Android 18 and Android 17, Ahri tells Android 18/Lazuli to be grateful for Krillin's wish and that from then on they could be friends.

Soon Ahri and Bozong were able to conceive their first child, fox daughter named Mihoshi Airi. They later attend Zaru and Silana's wedding with Ahri as the bridesmaid and Bozong as the bestman. As Ahri trained their daughter the power KyuOkami, Bozong tried to increase his power believing that they will fight a new, more powerful foe.

Five years later, Avokun informs Ahri and Bozong that Goku will be coming to Earth for one day. Zaru and Goku returned to Earth where they reunite with their friends and family, and the Z Fighters enter the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament together. After Videl gets beaten badly and Gohan had his energy drained, the Z Fighters postponed their matches in the tournament to help the Supreme Kai fight Babidi and later the revived monster known Majin Buu. As the Z Fighters struggled to fight the monster, Zaru later fights Cuco, who was being controlled by Babidi, until Piccolo killed the evil wizard. After Zaru was killed by Majin Cuco, Ahri became enraged and fought him with her heightened power, being nearly on par with the Saiyan Monkey prince. As the two continue their fight, Zaru quickly returned from Other World to finish the fight. He and Goku managed to snap Cuco and Vegeta back to normal and Cuco along with Vegeta decided to sacrifice themselves in an attempt to destroy Buu. As they awoke, they no longer sensed Vegeta or Cuco's energies as their efforts to destroy Buu were in vain. The four decided to return to the Lookout where Dende healed them. As Goku and Zaru teach the children the Fusion Dance technique, Ahri began to sense another powerful energy from Earth, one more powerful than Majin Buu. She and Bozong decided to go and check out this being, only to discover a female Majin by the name of Tale, learning that she was one of the two monsters who attacked the Supreme Kais. Ahri told Bozong to return to the Lookout and pass on what they learned to the others, while she tried to talk with Tale. As she began asking the female Majin a few questions, Tale only spoke a few words of her past and claimed that she does not know what to do, but had only fought and destroyed other beings because she had followed behind her fellow Majin Buu. Ahri tried to reason with her, but Tale decided to fight her instead. As the two fought, Tale then absorbed Ahri, becoming more powerful than before and she and Super Buu made their way to the Lookout to fight stronger opponents. Ahri lie dormant within Tale until she was joined by her daughter Airi, Pepira, Bruse and Avokun, until they were all rescued by Zaru and Cuco when Tale allowed them to save their friends. Zaru thanked Tale for helping them, claiming that she is a good person which caused her to question her role. As Buu reverted back to his original form, he destroyed Earth with a powerful blast. Kibito Kai saved them by transporting them to his world, where Goku, Zaru alongside Vegeta and Cuco finish the battle with Kid Buu. With Hercule's assistance, Goku and Zaru gather energy from all Earthlings to form the Super Spirit Bomb in their last attempt to destroy Kid Buu. Before igniting the Spirit Bomb, the two Saiyans wished for Kid Buu to return one day as a good person, destroying the evil Majin for good.

Ten years later, Zaru and Goku decide to enter the 28th World Martial Art Tournament to face a couple of secretly powerful individuals who plan to enter as well. Alongside Goku's granddaughter Pan and Zaru's granddaughter Kiku, half of the Z Fighters enter the tournament together, mostly to see who is the reincarnation of Buu. Goku got to fight Uub in his match while Zaru discovers that the other powerful fighter was actually Majin Tale disguised as a Human, trying to find a purpose on Earth, but Zaru states that she can be a protector of Earth like the Z Fighters and offers to train her to learn the ways of good. After Goku and Uub's match, the two Saiyans decide to live with Tale and Uub in order to train them in controlling their powers as well as to fight them in the future one day to see who is the strongest in the universe. Before they depart, Ahri tells Zaru to take good care of their new friend as she can become a good person, Zaru promises to teach Tale to be a good person. The four take off together flying in the distance.

As the Z Fighters sensed these powerful Saiyan energies, they decided to check for themselves who these Saiyans were. The two Super Saiyans effortlessly defeated and destroyed Frieza and King Cold as well as their ship, shocking the Z Fighters. The two Saiyans invite the spectators to accompany them to the spot Goku and Zaru will land, confused, yet willing to trust the two young men after witnessing their victory over their enemy Frieza. Bozong began asking questions about these two Saiyans, but they couldn't completely answer all of his questions. A few hours later, Zaru and Goku return to Earth where everyone was waiting for them. Wondering how they knew where he would be, they state that two mysterious Saiyans, names Trunks and Bruse, knew who they were and how they single-handedly defeated Frieza, King Cold and their little army. Trunks and Bruse began testing Goku and Zaru's strengths as Super Saiyans and privately told the two of who they really are as they hail from a ruined future. Trunks, future son Vegeta and Bulma, and Bruse, future son of Cuco and Kolofie, tell them of their fate where they will die from a heart virus and about the androids, created by Dr. Gero, killing many people including the Z Fighters as well as destroying cities. They proceed and hand them each the antidote for their future illness, imploring Zaru and Goku to be prepared to fight the androids in one year. Heeding the two youths' prediction, the Z Fighters make their way to the city where the androids make their appearance. They encountered Androids 19 and 20, surprised to discover that Dr. Gero himself is an android. Zaru and Goku decided to take the fight away from the city. As they turn into Super Saiyans, they began their fight against Android 19 and Dr. Gero, fighting a good fight until their heart viruses began to take over, giving the Androids the chance to drain the Saiyans' energies. Suddenly, Vegeta and Cuco strike the Androids, and reveal that they too had become Super Saiyans and proceeded in finishing off Android 19 by blasting him to bits. Before Dr. Gero could retreat, Trunks and Bruse arrived in time, but were shocked to see that the androids they have been fighting are not the same ones they warned about. Dr. Gero managed to reach his secret laboratory and awakened Android 17/Lapis and Android 18/Lazuli, only for them to turn on their creator.

After learning of the Androids' strengths, the Z Fighters decided to find ways to increase their own strength. Ahri traveled back to her home Amasukie Village. She insisted that her clan pass on the secret powers of KyuOkami to her for she will use it to fight Androids and protect the Earth. Reluctant, yet understanding the situation, the elders grant Ahri the power of KyuOkami, helping her transform into a "Super Kitsune". Before she was to fight the Androids, Ahri traveled to West City to find leads of Androids 17 and 18, discovering that they were originally Human beings living independent lives in the city. She learned of their real/Human names; Lapis and Lazuli and of how Dr. Gero kidnapped them, turning the twins into androids. She quickly found Bozong, who also gained a new power, and informed him of what she learned while he tells her of the bio-android Cell who is after the Androids. Bozong raced towards the location of Piccolo's fight with Android 17 in order to assist in the fight against Cell, easily overwhelming the bio-android while Ahri rushed to save Piccolo from death and inform Android 18 of what she learned, such as her and her brother's pasts from when they were Humans. Ahri tried to warn Android 18 of Cell as well as informing her that she no longer considered them as enemies for they now have one true enemy. Cell blinded them with the Solar Flare technique, absorbing Android 17 and becoming Imperfect Cell. Before he could get to Android 18, Tien showed up and repeatedly used his powerful Tri Beam technique to halt Cell and giving Androids 18 and 16 the chance to escape. Tien used all of his energy and fainted, but Goku and Zaru arrived in time and transported Tien and Piccolo back to the Lookout to recover, leaving Bozong and Ahri to fight Cell with their new power. They continue to fend off the bio-android long enough for Vegeta, Cuco, Trunks and Bruse to arrive and fight him, easily dominating Cell. Cell took the opportunity and used Solar Flare to blind them long enough for him to absorb Android 18 and finally gain his Perfect form. Perfect Cell easily defeated the team of powerful fighters, but decided to let them live as he planned to hold a martial arts tournament to see who on Earth is strong enough to fight him.

The Z Fighters to prepare for the tournament where they will fight and defeat Perfect Cell. Zaru wanted to be the first to fight Cell, however Goku decided that he will be first. As Goku tests Cell's power, he forfeits the match and said Gohan will be the one to defeat Cell. After Gohan stated the fight to be pointless as well as the reason behind Goku's decision in believing Gohan will defeat Cell. This made the bio-android intrigued and decided to make angry by summoning a group of Cell Jrs. to attack the Z Fighters. After Cell crushed Android 16's head, Gohan's rage exploded and transforms into Super Saiyan 2, making quick work of the Cell Jrs. and destroyed them. He then goes after after Cell himself and completely overwhelms him, used one powerful kick to force the bio-android to spit out Android 18, reverting him back to his previous form. The thought of losing to a child causes Cell to use a last-ditch move by planning to blow himself and the Earth up. Goku decided to sacrifice himself by using his Instant Transmission to transport himself and Cell to far away location. While Zaru wanted to help Goku, he was told to stay and to keep a promise for him. Zaru, Gohan and the other Z Fighters mourn over Goku's sacrifice, until suddenly, Perfect Cell had return with Goku's Saiyan cells, being more than before. Gohan and Zaru decided to finish Cell together and with a little help from Goku in Otherworld, they launched simultaneous Kamehameha waves against Cell's. Nearly being overwhelmed by Cell's attack, Piccolo, joined by Bozong and Ahri and soon Krillin, Tien and Yamcha, began blasting Cell in order to support Zaru and Gohan. Vegeta and Cuco managed to launch a blast strong enough to falter Cell, giving Gohan the chance to obliterate the bio-android with a powerful Kamehameha wave, destroying all of the monster's cells preventing him from ever returning. The battle was over and peace was once again brought upon the Earth. After using the Earth Dragon Balls to revive all those who were killed by Cell and remove the bombs within Android 18 and Android 17, Ahri tells Android 18/Lazuli to be grateful for Krillin's wish and that from then on they could be friends.

Soon Ahri and Bozong were able to conceive their first child, fox daughter named Mihoshi Airi. They later attend Zaru and Silana's wedding with Ahri as the bridesmaid and Bozong as the bestman. As Ahri trained their daughter the power KyuOkami, Bozong tried to increase his power believing that they will fight a new, more powerful foe.

Five years later, Avokun informs Ahri and Bozong that Goku will be coming to Earth for one day. Zaru and Goku returned to Earth where they reunite with their friends and family, and the Z Fighters enter the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament together. After Videl gets beaten badly and Gohan had his energy drained, the Z Fighters postponed their matches in the tournament to help the Supreme Kai fight Babidi and later the revived monster known Majin Buu. As the Z Fighters struggled to fight the monster, Zaru later fights Cuco, who was being controlled by Babidi, until Piccolo killed the evil wizard. After Zaru was killed by Majin Cuco, Ahri became enraged and fought him with her heightened power, being nearly on par with the Saiyan Monkey prince. As the two continue their fight, Zaru quickly returned from Other World to finish the fight. He and Goku managed to snap Cuco and Vegeta back to normal and Cuco along with Vegeta decided to sacrifice themselves in an attempt to destroy Buu. As they awoke, they no longer sensed Vegeta or Cuco's energies as their efforts to destroy Buu were in vain. The four decided to return to the Lookout where Dende healed them. As Goku and Zaru teach the children the Fusion Dance technique, Ahri began to sense another powerful energy from Earth, one more powerful than Majin Buu. She and Bozong decided to go and check out this being, only to discover a female Majin by the name of Tale, learning that she was one of the two monsters who attacked the Supreme Kais. Ahri told Bozong to return to the Lookout and pass on what they learned to the others, while she tried to talk with Tale. As she began asking the female Majin a few questions, Tale only spoke a few words of her past and claimed that she does not know what to do, but had only fought and destroyed other beings because she had followed behind her fellow Majin Buu. Ahri tried to reason with her, but Tale decided to fight her instead. As the two fought, Tale then absorbed Ahri, becoming more powerful than before and she and Super Buu made their way to the Lookout to fight stronger opponents. Ahri lie dormant within Tale until she was joined by her daughter Airi, Pepira, Bruse and Avokun, until they were all rescued by Zaru and Cuco when Tale allowed them to save their friends. Zaru thanked Tale for helping them, claiming that she is a good person which caused her to question her role. As Buu reverted back to his original form, he destroyed Earth with a powerful blast. Kibito Kai saved them by transporting them to his world, where Goku, Zaru alongside Vegeta and Cuco finish the battle with Kid Buu. With Hercule's assistance, Goku and Zaru gather energy from all Earthlings to form the Super Spirit Bomb in their last attempt to destroy Kid Buu. Before igniting the Spirit Bomb, the two Saiyans wished for Kid Buu to return one day as a good person, destroying the evil Majin for good.

Ten years later, Zaru and Goku decide to enter the 28th World Martial Art Tournament to face a couple of secretly powerful individuals who plan to enter as well. Alongside Goku's granddaughter Pan and Zaru's granddaughter Kiku, half of the Z Fighters enter the tournament together, mostly to see who is the reincarnation of Buu. Goku got to fight Uub in his match while Zaru discovers that the other powerful fighter was actually Majin Tale disguised as a Human, trying to find a purpose on Earth, but Zaru states that she can be a protector of Earth like the Z Fighters and offers to train her to learn the ways of good. After Goku and Uub's match, the two Saiyans decide to live with Tale and Uub in order to train them in controlling their powers as well as to fight them in the future one day to see who is the strongest in the universe. Before they depart, Ahri tells Zaru to take good care of their new friend as she can become a good person, Zaru promises to teach Tale to be a good person. The four take off together flying in the distance.
