Yes.
Seeing as he apparently doesn't have a car it'd probably be around 2002 after his truck finally broke so he'd have an apartment near the University where the 75 goes but it's the end of the line and if he were going the other way there'd be other buses with the same stop. Maybe he's like way at the other end in Ballard or wherever.
