That means 3 links of comments on -other- adoptables you tried to claim. Not three claims attempted on the same adoptable.
Seeing as these pets are probably for people who have attempted to, but never managed to get an adoptable. Not for those who are new or haven't put in the effort.
But since then, 2 adoptables had been added which I failed to claim, so now I have 2 failed attempts I can link. One more and I am allowed to attempt this type of adoptable.

I did understand it perfectly. I was just sad that I couldn't even attempt to gain a pet, because none have been around I was allowed to attempt a claim on. But there's been 2 since then, so I think my prayers were heard.

I've been around for about... a month or two myself. It's frustrating to see only commissioned ones appear, when you cannot pay for one. And then when some are added, they are for people who have already tried to adopt in the past.
But I'm patient.

Cool, thank you, but I don't think I'm qualified for him. I actually had two pets already, and I read the instructions quickly because I was excited that there was a pet up. I really like him, but I don't want to keep someone who is qualified for him from getting him. I would feel guilty if I didn't mention this. Sorry if I didn't follow the requirements, I just got over excited and I'm running on 3hrs of sleep.
