TALENTS
PIANO - Freyr has been playing piano since before he was chosen to rule, although the exact age is undetermined. His skills seem to be advanced for someone his age, but are still far from the best. Whenever Freyr has the chance he practices the songs he knows in order to improve his skills.

SWIMMING - It is only natural that a water thriving being like himself would be able to swim well. That being said, for swimming to be a talent of a leviathan, it is suggested that he is beyond the normal ability for his species. Freyr feels most at home when he’s in the water and is slightly uncomfortable when he spends long periods in dry weather without any water or moisture.

MEMORIZATION - Freyr wasn’t chosen to rule over Elavernis for just any reason! It doesn’t take long for Freyr to remember faces, names, locations, and etc once he’s come in contact with them. The more exposed he is to the subject; the more likely he is to remember it.

PERSONALITY TRAITS
LIKES : hiding in beds, surprises, sweets, not having any work, swimming, playing games, actually being useful, and f-friends. ;o;
DISLIKES : seafood, being alone for long periods of time, difficult to understand concepts, pain (emotional or physical)
FEARS : death, heights, the unknown—a lot actually.
ATTITUDE
ON THE CLOCK:Even Freyr understands that his duty is to his country before anything else; this is a philosophy that has been drilled into his head for as long as he could remember. When it comes down to making important decisions, serious meetings with Gods, royalty, and nobles, or anything of the sort, Freyr will try to suppress any improper personality traits and force himself to be the most polite and serious as he can. Of course his boyish nature will continue to slip through until he can learn to control himself.

PLAYTIME: But one must always remember that there is time for work and time for play. Friendly and upbeat would be the best way to describe Freyr while he’s not trying keeping up a dignified and polite demeanor. And despite being cooped up in manors, castles, and study rooms, Freyr was still able to keep his child-like innocence and optimism through Vharen’s playful attentions. Always looking forward for a time to slack off rest, Freyr would study hard to assure he wouldn’t need any extra lessons and manage to finish everything before the sun goes down (though it doesn’t happen often Always so busy /tear).

Another way to describe Freyr would be to call him naïve, in his short life; he hasn’t experienced any loss or pain. But he does understand stress considering his current status; he’s built his whole life around being able to cope with the pressure. The boy also may have a bit of a temper problem, because Freyr hasn’t been denied many things, he sometimes has a tough time accepting things that he cannot do/have.

HISTORY
Although Freyr was not born of royal blood, he was born into a life of luxury under a long-line family of nobles. Freyr’s mother and father were diplomats that spent most of their time and business in the castle; it was only natural that their first and only son would sometimes accompany them, since before he was able to walk.

As the young noble grew from infant to child, it didn’t take long before he had caught the eye of Vharen and Ilquinis. And due to Freyr’s potential as a leader, he was soon chosen to rule over Elavernis at Vharen’s side.

And so, Freyr was raised primarily within the walls of the Elavernis castle. The leviathan boy didn't travel often, so he learned most of his knowledge of the outside world from books and his tutors. But even with his textbook knowledge of Voleros, it means almost nothing without the experience to go with it. For example: Freyr knows what poor people are and what they have to live with (more like what they have to live without DOHOHO), but he cannot fathom their suffering because he has not seen it firsthand. So in a sense, while Freyr knows much, he understands very little.

IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY NOTICED, PHYSICALLY FREYR IS VERY, VERY WEAK. LOOK HOW THIN HE IS, THERE IS LIKE NO OUNCE OF MUSCLE ON HIS BODY. LAZY ASS Freyr has started training with Vharen so he can learn to defend himself.

Ethos, one of the rulers of Lumeria, is Freyr’s piano teacher. Due to the older (wo)man’s busy schedule, Freyr does not receive many piano lessons. Still the boy looks up to Ethos and refuses to learn from anyone else.

Freyr has fins along his wrist to elbow on both his arms. They are also covered most of the time, to keep them moist longer. Patches of scales mar the skin around his leviathan appendages, but they are smooth and dry much like snakeskin.

Freyr has a fear of great heights and maybe a particular amphibian. Castle towers and rooftops are fine for him, but flying is not an option for the young prince. He would much rather travel by boat or on land. Most likely will only travel by air with people he can trust.

Freyr has a small golden bird as a pet named Fressia. It was found and given to him by the summer God Ayre. He isn’t sure what species it is, but Fressia is his best friend. ;-;

He will NOT eat seafood under any circumstances.
