This is someone else's Jolteon that I decided to draw for him! He ended up liking it a lot, even though I messed up with the head. I don't know how to make a short-spiked Jolteon not have unnecessary space where the cheeks are. Oh well, I'm still only a beginner as of the time, and you know what they say, "The greatest teacher, failure is."

And just for extra clarification, no, this is not me. I'm underweight and have longer spikes.
