This was one of my first marker pieces. My mom had these awesome prismacolor markers. I love them, but they're starting to dry up.

I had a lot of fun with Katara's Kimono.

Hehe yup, my idea and you did a great job illustrating it. I like the marker detail, you should do more with them. I haven't seen any nicely done marker coloring jobs till now.

The color just comes out so much smoother and more vibrant. I've still got some requests left so I might use markers for them...I'll probably still use colored pencils to a degree, but markers are definitely my new friends.

Yay! Thanks so much! It's markers, I tell ya! I also use a combination of colored pencils and marker...Katara's skin is done entirely with markers. It gives you such deeper/richer color....colored pencils...it's kind of a love-hate sort of thing.
