Can you feel it?The wind brushing ever so softly
against your cheek.
letting you know that you
may not be able to see
it but its there, sort of like love don't you think.
You can't see you but boy when it's real
you sure do feel it.
Can you hear it?
The laughter of small children
playing tag in the feild.
Kind of like the inner child in you.
The one thats dying to get out
and have some fun.
Can you see it?
you can if you look closly,
the love between the man on the bench and
the woman walking under the tree
that they secretly share.
Kind of like life, full of unexpected things.
Can you smell it?
The hot apple pie sitting on the window
cooling in the spring breeze.
The fresh cut grass, the rain that past but left a lovely rainbow. Sort of like something that went wrong thats fine now, but the pain is still there.
