No problem! Lol my fiance and I love Hedonismbot and we always say quotes from Roberto "HEY Red"...anyways, but great work! I don't think you suck at drawing at all! I think a lot of artists like you and myself are too tough on ourselves. When I was a teen I didn't have any of the top-notch tools for coloring, etc besides just the old fashioned stuff, so it's hard to practice coloring and I can understand your point. Don't get discouraged and keep practicing, I still have a lot to learn myself!

Hedonismbot is just...something else isn't he? it's interesting...doesn't his voice actor do several other voices in the show? Like for Calculon, right?

And thanks for the advice! I appreciate it. I won't give up. I'll try and try my best every day to keep improving. I may never be DaVinci or Picasso or Dali...but hey, since I joined a computer graphics class in school hopefully that'll help me improve some more!

And I'm also glad that there are other people on dA who love Futurama as much as I do. I saw it growing up and now I'm a teen and realized "Holy crap! This show is amazing! It's worth obsessing over!" and I'm watching all the episodes on Netflix xD can't wait for the new episodes this summer! Thanks again though!!

Hahah, yeah they do reuse a lot of voices, it's amazing how different the actors can make themselves sound! I'm always surprised when I find that out.

Happy to help out with that advice, not that I'm one to give it out haha! Awesome you are taking a computer graphics class! Is it the hard-core math kind of class where you learn how to program Bezier Curves or the awesome kind where you learn OpenGL or something (judging by your username it's probably the second one haha, I would be afraid of the first choice)? Either way, post what you work on in that class, it would be awesome to see!

I grew up watching The Simpsons, I love those shows! And Netflix for letting us stream Futurama marathons!

Voice actors are practically magicians!

And frankly...I have not the slightest idea of what type of computer graphics class it is. Someone mentioned something about using Macs (and I hate those because I work with PCs). It's supposed to be a beginner's class hopefully! It required no previous completions of art classes...and I am horrible at drawing and I know people who are even worse than me who got in! So I am assuming it's extremely basic. I just hope it's basic enough for me to understand, but not so easy as Microsoft Paint. I do not want a daily tutorial on how to make lines thicker or thinner on MS Paint lol. And I will definitely post whatever projects we do! (If we do any decent ones besides drawing dots and lines like in all the other stupid art classes xD)

And yes! The Simpsons are AMAZING. My brother loves them, he grew up watching the Simpsons as well. The newer Simpsons episodes, I have to admit, as not as good as the old ones. However, strangely enough, Futurama's old episodes and newer ones are all very good quality. Perhaps because Matt Groening collaborates on Futurama with David X. Cohen. And I think they have different story board writers.

Yeah, sounds like it may just be a regular graphics class where you may learn Illustrator/Photoshop, etc. In high school I had a graphics class and we learned all kinds of things: how printmaking works, some Photoshop, making a CD cover, etc. It was a neat class and not boring MS Paint, so hopefully you will get a similar great experience!

I definitely agree with you that the newest Simpsons episodes are not nearly as good as the old ones! I'm looking forward to the new Futurama episodes too! My fiance and I have not gone through the new season of Futurama yet (from last year) looking forward to it though!

And yes! I cannot wait for the new summer Futurama episodes xD I hate how they were constantly being cancelled. Fox did that to them a while back, right? Well that's okay. They're too good for that channel anyway

Yeah same here! UGH Fox ALWAYS has made that mistake of cancelling awesome shows, then some other network like Cartoon Network will pick them up, then Fox says "Just kidding, want the show back!" lol

And YET they keep Tosh.0 on Comedy Central ...and he might be sorta funny but come on. Nothing in comparison to Futurama humor! AND he makes fun of people who get physically hurt and break their arms and legs...

Sad part is THAT kind of horrible sadistic humor involving REAL people getting hurt is appealing to most Americans. it scares me!

Yeah, I HATE that type of humor where real people get hurt!
Many of Futurama's writers consist of well-educated people in the sciences, etc. So many awesome jokes! Oh well, definitely agree with you on that one!
