I really love the texture that you've used here. The bleeding circles in the background are especially neat.
It really gives a lovely dying, haunted sort of feel Careful with your anatomy, though; the slightly misplaced limbs and confusing pelvis are really distracting and take the eye away from the rest of the piece. Don't be afraifd to find references!
