Ultimate Whampire is the Ultimatrix’s DNA sample of an evolved Vladat from the planet Anur Vladias in the Anur System

Powers and Abilities

Evolved Physiology - Ultimate Whampire is more stronger, faster, agile and durable than his devolved form

Enhanced Senses - his sense of smell and hearing are greater than a humans, he can smell the scent of others making him great at tracking and detection

Flight - he can fly way faster than his devolved form

UV Perception - he can perceive ultraviolet radiation allowing him to see colors other can't, see well in the fog and in the rain, see fingerprints left on objects, as well as other traces such as saliva and blood

Echolocation - he can navigate through the air by way of echolocation, similar in function to a bat's radar, allows him to function in pitch-black darkness, he can sense vibrations and other through their pulse or heartbeat

Soundwave Hypnosis - he can hypnotize others by emitting hypnotic soundwaves

Soundwave Absorption - he can absorb soundwaves to attack his prey silently

Shadow Mist Form - he can transform himself into a shadowy mist

Blood Manipulation - Ultimate Whampire has the ability to manipulate blood able to use it to control the blood of others like a puppeteer, absorb their blood to regenerate his missing limbs and create blood constructs like blades or whips, he can also manipulate his own blood, he can also use it to extract poisons from his blood

Prehensile Feet - he can grab people and objects

Weaknesses

Sonic Attacks - his hearing can be hurt by sonic attacks

No Arms - Ultimate Whampire has no arms, due to exchanging them in favor of a strong, new set of wings
