Salome is an intentionally hard Leader to use, rapidly killing herself in order to rapidly buff Leaders.
Manamania does allow you to attach cards even on the first turn of the game, but this leaves her with less health than most Peons and if she doesn't get a card attached with HP, she will just outright die on turn two.
Pitch Prison is a range-reducing attack, and a wide-affecting one. Range is always reduced from the top end, so 1-2 becomes 1 while 1-3 becomes 1-2.
Her Revenge Mode will very likely kill her, but in exchange you can spread any power she has around freely, giving the rest of your army a massive power spike.

Seedle is a lat-game powerhouse but he takes quite a while to get there. Predictable across all stages while relying on RNG-ish for his damage amp.
Hellruler's Blade increases his damage (likely against Peons) but it can be negated by careful management.
Dishonorable Revenge is one of the few straight attach removal cards in the game, but it takes forever to get online while the range/target/damage spread is awful.
His Revenge Mode is on the weak side but mills your opponent.
