Description
The characters were inspired by Midna and my friend Franssila. I decided I would try to do a more detailed background and ended up in a weird mess... I don't like it too much but It will have to do for now.Related content

beautiful! i love the way they're introverted versions of cone another, the contrast is absolutely gorgeous.

If you want it to be a little smokey, you should make it more transparent and blur it out a bit more.
Also, try making the um.. structures a bit darker at the edges. It'll highlight the dark atmosphere

I like the green moon (?) in the background.
I don't think it needs more details in the backgrouns though. Maybe get rid of some repeating lines, but not alter too much. That way the focus falls on the two characters in the front (Love the hair).
It's especially cool how they seem to be floating on the mist. It could be that the details of the backgrouns is just lost in the mist.
