one of you better shots recently, however i think the eyes aren't quite sharp, which is very important. I would recommend decreasing the aperture so you have slightly more DOF, since at f1.2 58mm you have very little. If you want the bokeh (which i am surprised there isn't much when shooting f1.2) , then try moving slightly closer to the model, because you still have a little room to work with.
Composition wise, i like it. The fence leads our attention to the model, then falls out of focus as it goes away. The light is very nice, soft, and flattering. I think once the face is that little bit sharper this shot has the potential to be a great shot. I hope this helped
