MechWarrior: Gods of War was an exciting and fast paced tactical game of tabletop miniatures that puts the Players in command of advanced machines, soldiers, and technology in the 36th century of the BattleTech universe. The goal of this game was to provide a streamlined, faster, more modern experience based on, but different from the original Classic Battletech boardgame.
This was a personal project I was working on, not affiliated in any way to Topps, Catalyst Game Labs or PGI. The final objective was to pitch the game to Topps as a revival of the franchise, to compete directly with FFG's X-Wing and Legion, Warhammer 40k, and Warmachine. I have now moved on to create my own sci fi Mech tabletop miniatures game, of which you'll hear more about soon.
