I started working on this - a bike design. I then for some reason started to work in clouds in the background. And before i knew it, i was bored of the bike, and wanted to do clouds.

I could have done the bike separate. And it would have been a pic of a bike. I could have done the clouds separate, and itd have been a picture of clouds.

As it stands, its something unfinished. For that bike to be in the environment, it needs a rider. But well ... i never wanted it to be anything more than a wandering thought onto canvas.

Rather than uploading the usual stuff - hey, i could do pictures of master chief, alien and cloud til the cows come home. I figured id try and submit a wider variety of subject matter. I still do robot-ey stuff ... and things im more used to.

But as i complain so openly about people on deviantART milking one subject matter, and not branching out, it would be wrong of me to do the same.

Im not saying all my stuff is original - no-one is original. But where i could easily spam this site with picture of aliens vs halo (which was original when i started it, but things are only original for one pic), i try not to.

So how many pictures of high altitude shots of clouds, with a riderless bike are there in my gallery? before now, none.

Whereas how many people here can honestly say, aside from a change of hairstyle and hue of skin tone, their gallery is really varied? I cant. I cant say my gallery is varied ... but i aspire for it to be. And where i may not succeed in achieving the variety i'd like there to be, its good to at least be aware, and to go for it. Right?
