This literally took me FOREVER. The lovely idea to do a pre-raffaelite looking Catelyn was 'sLysa Tully, Petyr Baelish and Catelyn Tully at Riverrun when young, before all the shit went down.

To start of, not here to bash, but to be constructive.
Lines: Your use of them in this piece brings it the people, setting, and atmosphere into a stunning reality.
Color: The colors fit each other perfectly, a harmony in the dull hues, nothing fighting to come to the front, which I find both awesome and somewhat disturbing.
Repetition in Expression: I find that they all seem kind of complacent where they are, and it makes it seem more surreal, especially with the faces showing more thought than anything.
Balance: Perfect!
Energy: It shows off a lot of hidden energy, that of the water, and the lighting of the castle in the back.
So all in all, I am praising this in this critique.
To give some advice.... (Since I have to...) Make the colors contrast if you want it to be more realistic....that and the expressions, it seems dreamy, otherwise. That's all I got. Amazing work.

okay, kidding aside.
i just love how you threw the cloth folds and the positioning of your characters. both girls looking away from P. ... it fits, really.
iΒ΄m not so much in love with their faces and necklines (especially the girlsΒ΄) the faces, i think, are a matter of taste. i simply find some of your other heads much more attractive, not only in terms of sexyness but in general. also caΒ΄s not so convincing with such a overwhelmingly soft look. her eyebrows seem to be drawn back just too far. (i think sheΒ΄s been a strong person before being married off to the north.)
on the other hand... ah well, anythings possible and after all itΒ΄s probably especially interesting to see her out of the tough mom mode. also i do understand that it comes with the style you chose for her. the pre raffaelite.
anyhow, what keeps bugging me when i give the picture time to settle, is lisas neck and jawline. it just looks so terribly hard, i feel that the transition from face to neck is missing and iΒ΄m not to sure about katlyns neck meeting the head in a proper angle and at the right place..
however, that are small issues and maybe youΒ΄ve already noticed them. Also itΒ΄s not always good to overanalyze pictures. they can easily loose their hidden beauty that way.
so iΒ΄ll just say this at the end: the overall composition is beautiful, especially the flowing gowns and hair.
i do like this pic a lot and it would be great to see similiar artworks from you in the future!

Aww, I love seeing things of Riverrun kids before the tragedy and dysfunction set in. Like other people have said, the muted colors make for such a lovely tranquil feel.

A very nice idyllic scene! I love how Petyr is looking at Catelyn almost like a shy stolen glance at her (that is the intent right?^^)
There is something about Catelyn's head tho that I find a bit awkward, the way it sits upon her neck - other than that, beautiful!

I adore Catelyn...Lysa and Littlefinger can jump out a moon door. Both sisters are pretty and you can tell which one is which. I like how Catelyn is gazing away with a dreamy expression, probably longing for Brandon or Ned, while Petyr looks at Cat with a similar expression.
