Yirma is a stuck up snob who dies a slow painfull death, its a terrible death, like an airplane crashing into a mall or something (I never figured it out) at her grave is the words Rot. In. Perfection because everybody hated how she always boasted about her "perfection" but here she's thinking that she WAS a snob and how much everybody hated her and now she is happy she's dead because who would want to live in a world were everybody hates you?
