I finally found the opportunity to paint Ace.This took me about 6 hours to complete. I used Photoshop CS5.

I keep trying to figure out what to say for hours already....
I completely approve of the pose you have chosen, him holding his hat like that is... Ace.
Hat-strings glow like they are on fire, I love that little detail. As well as the beads and the way you have chosen to outline his figure (I don't know how that is correctly called as a technique ) - smudged, but sharp read, yellow and ?newspaper.
His skin is in darker tones than I expected, but it oh so fits. Expression on his face - it's inviting and yet again letting very little coming through. One can only try to guess what is going on behind those eyes.
All in all, magnificent picture. I'm impressed as hell.
