For the first time in about five years, I actually painted an actual picture using acrylics! (I've been using all my tubes of paint for sculptures D: )Anyway, I really think she turned out better than I expected. I might have to start doing more cards in acrylics.

Very dynamic! I don't like acrylics or paint in general as it hateses me, but you did a fantastic job! Her hair looks amazing and I love her expression.

I love sketches because it's always interesting to see how different artists use lines to create an image. This doesn't disappoint; it's detailed and beautiful, just like the very best sketches. Great job. Plus, the colors are great. Some artists are afraid to add color to their sketches because they feel that either they can't do it skillfully or that the colors will somehow detract from the piece. I'm glad you took the chance, because it came out wonderfully.

It's an interesting look you've given her, almost noirish overall and the use of her hair to contrast with the mask works extremely well. I'm not too fond of the red parts of her costume but that might be because I reminds me of Robin's outfit in the Joel Schumacher film, heh.

I went on the design solely based on the trade for this one, overall I think it's a better costume than some of the other ones I've seen lol

Oh you'll get no argument from me. There's plenty of bad superhero outfits out there, though they usually have the good nature to poke fun at them in the writing.
I'm not too familiar with the current comics though so that's fair enough with the design. What gave you the idea to add a purely red background out of interest?

If not it's always sad to see a dramatic storyline with a ridiculous outfit...Wait, that was every Marvel comic in the 90's lol *shudders again* That was a bad decade...
If ever was a time to get back into it, now would be it. If even just to read Batwoman: Elegy. There have been some really good stories coming out lately.
Red seems to be a big theme in the books and her hair in particular the main focal point in a lot of images of her so that's why I went with it

Anything Prismacolor is the way to go, I don't know where I'd be without their products!
