Combat-Mecha Army Commander Schwartz (シュヴァルツ, Shuvarutsu)

He was originally a computer virus that manifested within the Jamahl's computer system. After becoming sentient, he used the Jamahl's computer to construct a mechanical body for his AI to inhabit and was recruited into the Jamahl not longer after, soon rising to lead their Combat-Mecha Army.
He worked for the Jamahl developing mechanical beasts, and creating weapons for the Jamahl like the Jamahl Fighters, the technologies used by the Black-Beet, or even he makes himself a special umbrella that allows him to fly, and can be used as a weapon. It is later destroyed by the B-Fighters newly acquired Pulsabers. When Jera left Jamahl, Schwartz takes on the B-Fighters on is own, adopting a new tank-like form called Schwartz Tank. His body was destroyed in the process by Stagger Tank and Red Gyro's Attack Formation, though his head survived. However, the damage left Schwartz critically insane. Schwartz even tried to kill Jera, but she was saved by Black Beet. He took control of various objects on Earth (one of them being a Giant Stone Statue which was destroyed by the Mega Beet Formation) before his "immortal head" was blasted into outer space, for getting destroyed with the impact of a meteor.

-As a running gag, he's traited as a kid sometimes
-He now develops the Jamahl arsenals, aside being him the creator of the Black-Beet's arsenal
-In this universe, instead orbiting forever, he gets formally destroyed
-Due to B-Fighter and Beetleborgs are split into their own series, Noxic looks now different of him
