A firefighter who efforted too much for saving the lives of the innocents in Mariner Bay who was chosen by the Lightspeed Rescue Force for becoming the Rescue-Red and leading the Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue Force, in order to fight the Demon Empire Psyma, which aims to resurrect the Queen Bansheera, rebuilding her palace, and taking over the Earth. He later discovers that the firefighter who saved him when he was a child was nobody more but the Captain Mitchell.
