Jackson is extremely perceptive of people and things in his environment, and is able to deduce situations and outcomes fairly accurately. Despite his stoic demur, he can be very charming and persuasive when negotiations are key to survival. He is built tough and has high strength, stamina, and endurance, even for a mere human. He is also well versed to an array of weaponry.

Despite all his strengths, Jackson is still very much human - susceptible to illness, injury, distress and eustress. He is also a man weak to a pretty face, especially a lady in distress. But perhaps his biggest weakness is Egg, and the throes of fatherhood he had suddenly taken on at the end of the world.

Jackson is very much the tall, dark, and handsome type. He is stoic with little to say unless negotiating or you have engaged him in conversation somehow. He simply doesn't like to talk about himself for fear anything could be used against him. He likes to observe his surroundings, things, and people then analyze and deduce. Simply put, he is distrusting of others knowing that the apocalypse have brought out the worst in people, thus he puts Egg before all else and himself second. He is adaptive to situations and the environment around him. However, he is not unkind and could very much be a gentleman to a point. On the flip-side, if the right buttons are pressed, he could be quick to anger.

HISTORY 〗
Jackson doesn't like to talk of his past, so little insight is gleam upon it. However, for the most part he was a normal man with a mostly normal life. He worked for law enforcement or some branch of the military, looking to start the rest of his life with the woman he loves. With a secret promised to him uttered upon raspberry lips when he returned home, Jackson went on his day with anticipation and the promise to be elated... Only for the world to literally shatter around him. While at first he was deployed to see to the chaos and regain normalcy among the civilians, it deteriorated quickly when all those in his unit scattered to tend to their own families and love ones. Jackson was no different. But no happy ending waited for him at home... And the secret? The surprise? The gift that vowed him a happy life? Unused little booties, and a small plastic stick marked 'positive'. A happiness that died with Jackson that night. So the hollowed man began to wander with neither goal or purpose, wanting to die but no intention to take his own life. It was the end of the world, and he had no reason to carry on. That is until a small cry drew his attention amidst the rubble of a desolated town. A newborn, small, hungry, alone. And with him a compass with no cardinal points. Egg saved Jackson that day, gave him the humanity and purpose the man needed. With no destination in mind, Jackson followed the arrow of the compass.

Surely that's as good a place to head as any...

STRЄNGTHS 〗
Parkour af. He is very speedy and agile, *almost* untouchable. They are able to 'shift' into a state that is near intangible - like smoke and vapor that passes through the air, or a ghost. It makes the user incredibly difficult to detect or grasp, as there seems to be no body to hold onto. It is utterly formless - trails of wisp that make you wonder if they ever truly was at all... They also seem to be very adept with a crossbow, having pinpoint accuracy.

WЄAKNЄSSЄS 〗
One can assume this stranger is for the most part 'human'. And while they can become intangible at will, it does require a sort of active focus to engage it. He can also only maintain it for a few minutes at a time - like running a mile, your body needs to rest. It also makes him susceptible to mental attacks more than usual. His speed also comes at a cost - he is not very physically strong, and if someone -does- manage to pin him and he is unable to shift, there is little he can do.

PЄRSONΛLITY 〗
Since little interaction is had, little is really known on their personality. They do not speak, and rarely engage with our hero. They simply watch and observe, interfering only when our hero's back is to the wall. Nor do they hesitate on taking more violent means or morally grey action if it means seeing our hero through.

HISTORY 〗
They are the ghost of the apocalypse, a shadow of what they once were. Or perhaps they had played the role of specter long before the end of the world came to be. They were mere glimpses from the corners of Jackson's eyes showing up only recently. A shadow, a figment, there one moment and not the next. What exactly do they seek...?

Most people just want to protect him because of his sense of purity, and perhaps being the last, or one of the last, children on Earth. A representation of hope and promise that mankind could carry on.

...A baby has many weaknesses, mainly their survival solely reliant on Jackson.

PЄRSONΛLITY 〗
For a child born amidst the apocalypse, they are relatively chill to the chaos that occasionally happens around them. But when he is fussy for something he will definitely let you know it.

There is little to know of Egg's short life thus far, and even less he could offer insight on. He was merely found along with his compass by Jackson, and seems to like the Englishman well enough.
