Description
Starting a new series of backgrounds based on the awesome lairs of the Disney Villains.
So many amazing ones to choose from! Pretty excited about it
Had to begin at the beginning of course, the (almost) fairest one of all, the Evil Queen and her dungeon of black magic.
Trying to make these more textured and atmospheric than what I’ve done in the past, and hoping my background skills will improve through the series.

The linework is india ink, then there are two layers of texture, one is watercolor and the other is a bunch of smudges of ink.
And the color blocks are photoshop.
