I was really trying to figure out what a good thing to draw might be, then I learned this guy is having his birthday.
I didn't use any refs for color or the figure-8, I just drew what felt good. He has a look here that makes me think "cheap 90's toy packaging" which is fitting for him.
I shall call this color scheme "Capri-Sunic".
