Absolutely amazing work.Β I'll reiterate my thoughts left on Fur Affinity, as it truly is outstanding.
After the stunning work you did on maquenda.deviantart.com/art/Va⦠you left me little to no choice but to give you the opportunity to try another of my characters. And once again, much like like the Fang picture, my expectations have been blown completely out of the water.
This really is absolutely stunning, there's no doubt about it. The thing that immediately jumps out are the beautiful atmospheric effects; the hazy dust, obscuring the border between land and sky, the plumes of dust rolling nearer the ground, and the most stunning of all the tiny little highlights from the light hitting the dust at higher altitudes as it passes the shape of her scythe blade. I even really love the hazy effects from the sun as it powers its way through the dust. I think it really shows, that backgrounds don't need to be complicated to absolutely stunning. you managed to create a mood and an atmosphere with only a few pyramids.
As for Kiya herself, again, you've done an outstanding job rendering her. Her expression is really lovely, as it just conveys so much, she looks stunning, graceful, powerful and serene all in one. The lighting on her is amazing, and she belnds into the powerful oranges and yellows of the hazy background perfectly. You even managed to get all the jewellery down in great detail, I'm extremely impressed.
Anyway, thank you very much for another stunning piece. You're one heck of a good artist!
