i saw the episode and i really liked it even tough she wasn't a very evil villain. i liked her design and the message of the episode. i just felt like drawing her

This is a rather simple piece, so the review won't be too long. Nevertheless, I found this drawing to be nice enough to write one.
I really like this fanart, even if it's just a plain portrait of a character (which can't result in a high originality score). However, adding the staff in the background really makes a difference, adds a certain dynamic to something as still as a portrait... I think it's a nice touch and gives Starlight Glimmer a more menacing appearance. She is just standing there, but looks ready to go and do something... menacing. The anatomy and face expression are perfect, maybe only the outline of the smile could be done with a bit darker color or something - it looks a bit plastered on. Also, I find the glint in her eyes a wee bit to dim for someone looking at me so mischieviously... but that's just my personal taste. Nice job overall, might not look like an evil villain... but definitely looks like a dangerous antagonist!
I really like your technique and style. I love how the brushstrokes are visible, it gives the entire drawing a nice feel, sketchy, yet pleasant vibe. The staff itself could use perhaps a bit more detail, but it acts more of a background, so it doesn't really matter. It's its diagonal positioning that does the job in this piece.
