Very quick vector/vexel, took about 2 hours of work (usually it takes days to finish).Once more I don't know who is that girl from the reference photo, but maybe someone will recognize her, so I could credit her.
EDIT: This girl's name is Piret JΓ€rvis, she's a member of an Estonian band - Vanilla Ninja. Thanks to ~sizzy for the info!
