She is protected from everything. Even from the love of men.Finally, something I put some real effort into = A=!
I don't think I've really drawn anything with a particular theme in mind before--so I decided to with this one. Something more eastern ;9<3

I think I'll devote my effort on this to mister *Badjoojoo since it was his personifications of the lion-dog guards at the entrance of the chinese cultural center in Calgary that initially sparked the idea :9 and he gave me some crutial tips on when I really need advice on particular aspect of the image.
Plus, he's had a rather rough week--and had to put up with my own sour moods on top of that = A=;
He's a superhero in my books > w<

I am in love with the design of that liondog. The way you've colored it with the thick lines and strongly separated colors make it look like it's a wood carving come to life. Beautiful job making them look so shadowed, too, without having the main focus get lost in the background. Looks like you had fun with that lighting. <3
