Thank you - I'm itching to get a nice f1.4 lens so I can really cut the focus into the eyes, but this one did turn out well. Of course it helps when your model is rather handsome with stunning eyes.

Well, stunning eyes always help.
Seriously, though, one thing that stands out about this model is his chest hair. If he shaved, the shot wouldn't work so well due to the lost background. It's much easier for the viewer to see when hair is out of focus than when smooth skin is blurred.
