After much delay, it finally happened. And he has a proper backstory too! The name was a pun on Core for a reason:

With the Complete Selection Modification release of the OOO Driver, we got new forms for OOO involving all these unused medals, including the black Core Medals that make for such easy fan design fodder. Since I'm the type who likes to come up with ideas the main fiction doesn't, I decided I would redesign Cause and this time make him a Poseidon-style Rider. After all, the OOO form using Poseidon's Medals is completely different from Poseidon's design, so it checks out. And if you check out that Trivia section for Cause, I do address the Medal order now that we have BiKaSo.

Bit of a side thing, but when I was working on this update, I was also working on Destro for my Build stuff, so I was simultaneously designing two scorpion-headed Riders and trying to make them both look different. Hope it worked!
